I am a Bangladeshi cook currently working in Canada as an Executive Sous Chef. I began my culinary journey simply to learn new skills in the kitchen — I was not initially driven by passion or inspiration. However, during my time in cooking school, my perception completely changed. I discovered the depth, discipline, and creativity behind professional cooking, and what started as curiosity gradually transformed into dedication.

Through training, experience, and continuous learning, I developed a deep respect for technique, precision, and leadership in the kitchen. Today, I approach my craft with purpose and commitment, always striving to grow, refine my skills, and bring meaningful experiences to every plate I create.
